Brit fuming after sandwich maker scrawls BITCH on her lunch but it actually says BLT wi

A BRITISH mum was fuming when she thought a sandwich maker had written the word "bitch" on her sandwich - then found out it is meant to say "BLT with cheese".

Louise Coyne thought it was an insult after she asked for extra fillings at a drive-through Jimmy John's takeaway in the US.

She found the handwritten letters after she drove away - then stormed back to complain to the manager.

And she was left in giggles when she was told what the message really meant.

The mother-of-three, from near Blackpool, Lancs, revealed the misunderstanding on her Facebook page.

She wrote: "Absolutely fuming!!!!!
"So I go through the drive-through to pick up my sandwich, start heading down the road, pull it out of the bag and see this....

"I know I asked for a lot on my sandwich and took off a few things that I didn't like but this was sooooooooo unnecessary!

"So I turn my car around p***ed off and head back up there to make a complaint with the manager and find out who did this!!!!

"I mean customer service is huge with me and I wasn’t gonna let this slide right??"

'THINGS AREN'T WHAT THEY SEEM'

But when she returned to the store, Louise said she was met with a very unexpected response.

The maker of the sandwich explained the scribbled note meant "BLT with cheese".

"Hope this makes you laugh," she concluded the post.

"Let it be a reminder that things are not always what they seem. Take a breath and think about things."

The hilarious post has since been shared more than 3,000 times since it was uploaded on Saturday.

One man wrote: "Well I gotta say I was in your corner when I first started reading this, but now I can't stop laughing."

Another woman noted: "What an embarrassing moment that must have been!"

Meanwhile, a very confused birthday girl was shocked to see her cake was iced with a marijuana leaf instead of her favourite Disney character Moana.

Kensli Davis' mum had asked bakery staff to decorate the cake with images of the Hawaiian princess - but they misheard and emblazoned the cake with a giant cannabis leaf, green icing and a My Little Pony with red eyes and a puff of smoke from its snout.
