Ellen Foley is an American actress and singer born in St. Louis, Missouri in June 1951. She is best known for her role as Billie Young in the TV series Night Court from 1984 to 1985. Foley appeared in several movies such as Hair, Tootsie, The King of Comedy, Fatal Attraction, and Cocktail.
