What do you get the teenager who has everything? A diamond-encrusted grill, it seems.
Kylie Jenner showed off a glitzy new mouthpiece on Monday in an Instagram photo shared by her boyfriend Tyga.
And if you think buying a dozen roses on Valentine's Day is an expensive gift, 18 carats certainly do not come cheap.

Diamonds are forever: Kylie Jenner showed off a new diamond-encrusted grill from Tyga on Monday and it has since been revealed the gift cost the rapper $15,000
Designed by celeb grill master Johnny Dang aka TV Johnny, TMZ reports the gold and hand set diamond mouthpiece set the King Of Gold chains back $15,000.
That's pretty impressive considering you can pick up a replica of the grills Johnny made for Kanye and Beyonce for just over $6,000.

Grill aside, Kylie spent Valentine's Day enjoying a helicopter ride over the Statue of Liberty with Tyga, and also shared a snapshot of a dazzling new watch that he appears to have given her.
The youngest member of the Kardashian/Jenner clan gushed that it had been a 'perfect day' with her partner of a year and a half.

Kylie is still in New York City, where she attended the Vera Wang show - which sister Kendall was walking in - on Tuesday.
While everything is rosy between Kylie and Tyga at the moment, that wasn't the case a few months ago.
In a sneak peek for Sunday's episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the teen can be seen breaking down in tears over her relationship woes.

The clip was filmed in November, when Kylie and Tyga split briefly over his birthday, but got back together a few days later before Kendall's birthday party.
Meanwhile Tyga's ex-fiancee Blac Chyna, who he shares three-year-old son King Cairo with, is now dating Kylie's half-brother Rob Kardashian.
